THE ULTIMATE WORKFLOW
When Audi Durham approached Sonic, the company’s chief concern was making sure their technicians had input on the workstations and tools purchased. Audi Durham placed high value in their technicians’ feedback. Sonic greatly impressed and garnered high praise from Audi Durham technicians. Audi Durham completed their own internal studymatching Sonic versus the competition before making any decisions. Sonic was deemed the best combination of organization, quality and customer service.
Mark Verwey, General Manager of Audi Durham, said, “When talking with Sonic, I felt very comfortable and listened to. They started from the bottom and we worked our way up without missing any steps along the way. Sonic worked very well under pressure since they only had a couple days to build the project and price the product. Reviewing this product in person and comparing it to others, blew us away. We could tell right away it was the product we needed.”
